A comprehensive history of Wolverhampton Mountaineering Club has been researched and collated in an illustrated book - Mountain Memories by Hilary Clark. The book is available from Wolverhampton public library. Or, you can buy a copy - price £6.50. Hilary has also written another book - Two Boots and a Poly Bag - which should be availble from the library.

You may notice a board in the hall of the Wolverhampton main library. This board lists the names of all sports clubs in the borough that are 50 years old. In 2001 we should find the name of Wolverhampton Mountaineering club added.
