The guides use routes which thousands of cycle users have already enjoyed. Routes vary
in mileage, with most of them starting in the heart of the forest at Brockenhurst. From
Brockenhurst there is nearby access to over a hundred miles of gravel forest track. The
only roadwork that the routes use is on minor roads in order to link up between tracks.

Some of the routes included are:

• Bike to Beaulieu - 12.7 miles
• Burley on your backside - 21.2 miles
• Lotta Lyndhurst loop - 12.3 miles
• Lymington link - 25 miles

Many of the routes are supplied with a shorter alternative of around 10 miles. Of course,
with the aid of a local Ordnance Survey map, you could always combine part of one of their
routes with a couple of the other plentiful tracks that can be found in the forest. Or you
can join parts of different routes together to make your own tailor made cycle excursion.
